Return Policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

You may return any item purchased online from www.cascadefoodsimport.com within 14 days of your original purchase date for a full refund and or exchange. Your Select return Item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging to be returned, unless it is a perishable item no longer in its original state.

Step 1

Please call Our Customer Service Hotline (Mon – Sat  8:00AM to 8:00PM EST ) on +1( ) or send an email to o returns@cascadefoodsimport.com with details of your order number, a copy of your receipt, details of the issue you are experiencing with the order. Include your preferred return address, You Will be Issued with a Return or Exchange Authorization Code #. You must include the Return or Exchange Authorization Code # prior to sending in the ordered item for processing. We use this to directly track the item for processing.

Step 2

Please Mail your Return / Exchange item with details of your contacts and the  assigned Return or Exchange Authorization code # ALL together in the original Packaging to:

Return & Exchange Exceptions

Some Ordered Item may not be eligible to be returned /Exchanged if they are already used, separated or frozen perishable goods if their packaging is no longer in good condition.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
